Our Pledge to You - I travel Slovenia will provide you with editorial and occasional advertorial (as listed) content for many of the best properties, destinations, cruises, villas and specialty travel, including exclusive rates when possible.
Your Promise to Us - You are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. You also agree to be financially liable for all uses of this website, as well as for the use of your name and credit card information to pay for all things purchased at this website by members of your household, including minors living with you. You also agree that all information supplied by you or members of your household while using this website is true and accurate.
Terms of Service
- You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of any products or services. Any violation of any supplier's conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservations or purchases, in your being denied access to any hotels, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservations or purchases, and in I travel Slovenia debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation. You will be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of this website, and, without limitation, you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of transactions performed by others on your behalf, whether or not such uses were performed with your consent. You further agree that any claims that you may have arising out of such purchases will only be against such suppliers. All reservations are further subject to the published conditions and rules of the applicable hotel. A reservation and/or purchase made directly through this website will be subject to the cancellation and return policy that is applicable to that particular reservation and/or purchase which will be made known to you prior to your making such reservation and/or purchase. You further agree and acknowledge that your credit card may be charged for the full cost of your reservation upon submitting your reservation request regardless of whether the reservation is used.
Tax
- Our service fee varies from location to location and for separate services. In many instances we do not have service fees. We reserve the right to charge any applicable tax that will be applied to the items you purchase through our website and delivery, in accordance with applicable laws.
Travel Destinations - Though most travel is completed without incident, we encourage you to review travel prohibitions, warnings and announcements.
Third-party Organizations - Our website contains links to other parties not operated by I travel Slovenia. We do not own, control, or claim responsibility for any and all uses of these third-party companies.
Electronic Communications - You communicate with us electronically whenever you visit our website or send emails to us. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, or by phone or fax if necessary. You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications that we provide to you electronically or by fax satisfy any legal requirements that communications be in writing.
Indemnification - You agree to defend and indemnify I travel Slovenia, its affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by: (i) you or on your behalf in excess of the liability described above; or (ii) by third parties as a result of (a) your breach of this agreement or the documents referenced herein, (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (c) your use of this website.

In cases of changing the arrangement on your own wish or for reasons of force majeure, without reasons on the side of I travel Slovenia, the guest does not have the right to demand any claim or lowering of the price. Final determinations
VAT is included in all prices of the I travel Slovenia offer. Court of jurisdiction in Ljubljana is competent for all kinds of disputes between clients.
