DESCRIPTION

Lipica Stud Farm is one of the most beautiful cultural and historical monuments of Slovenia and the home to almost 400 Lipizzaner horses. With a tradition of over 400 years, it is the oldest stud farm in the world breeding horses uninterruptedly since its establishment.

The golf course Lipica was built in 1989 in accordance with the designs of a worldwide known designer of golf courses Donald Harradin. It is the only golf course in Slovenia that invites you to its greens throughout the year.

Lipica stud farm offers new programs for children, designed for their age and boundless curiosity. Children will get to know ponies and lipizzans and furthermore, the instructors will explain how horses communicate and how should people treat them.
